Earlier this year, the RTF launched Operation F.E.L.T. (Field Extraction of Lost Toys). After months of our contracted surplus locators chasing dead ends, bribing storage yard managers, and surviving at least one near-death experience involving a forklift, Project FELT finally hit paydirt. Deep in southern Missouri, wedged between boxes of expired Crystal Pepsi and dusty combat boots, we unearthed several pallets of unsold Boy the Cow plush toys.

In a cross-promotional effort with RotPlay, the Boy's Friendship Foundation commissioned the manufacturing of these adorable little bipedal cows as gifts of healing for the sick and needy children of Rotborough. Unfortunately—or in our case, fortunately—a mix of clerical errors and questionable moral priorities ensured the toys never touched a single child’s hands. Instead, they spent the last two decades rotting away in a damp warehouse, waiting patiently to be loved - by you.
